Tata Harrier Latest Updates : Tata Motors has recently launched the petrol variants of the Harrier (alongside the Safari) in India, marking a significant change from the earlier diesel-only lineup. The new Harrier petrol is powered by Tata’s 1.5-litre Hyperion turbo-petrol engine, producing around 170 PS and 280 Nm of torque. This engine comes with both manual and automatic transmission options, giving customers more choice in powertrain and refinement — especially for urban driving where petrol preferences are higher. The petrol Harrier’s variants include feature-packed trims like Smart, Pure X, Adventure X, Fearless X and top-end trims with advanced technology.   The latest Harrier petrol models have been enhanced with upgraded safety and technology features. New additions include Dolby Atmos support through the JBL sound system, digital IRVM with built-in dashcam, memory function ORVMs, Alexa Home2Car connectivity, fast-charge USB-C ports, and Level 2+ ADAS functionalities such as adaptive cruise control, blind-spot detection and emergency braking. Safety has also been boosted with seven airbags, hill-descent control, tyre pressure monitoring, and emergency assistance systems.

Built on the OMEGARC platform (derived from Land Rover architecture), the Harrier features a muscular stance, sleek LED DRLs, projector headlamps, and a well-sculpted body that gives it a modern and commanding look.
