Maruti Ignis Latest Updates : Maruti Suzuki has refreshed the Ignis hatchback with updated compliance to RDE  and E20 fuel norms, along with new safety upgrades like Electronic Stability Program and Hill‑Hold Assist now standard across variants. Prices have been revised slightly upward, with the current ex‑showroom range roughly between ₹5.82 lakh and ₹8.14 lakh depending on the trim and transmission. The car continues with its 1.2‑litre petrol engine producing about 82–83 PS and 113 Nm, and features a 7‑inch Smartplay touchscreen with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, LED DRLs, and other urban‑oriented equipment.In addition, Maruti has promoted the Ignis Radiance Edition, offering a significant price cut on select models (around ₹35,000 lower) along with added accessories, making it more competitive in its segment. Some recent discussions among prospective buyers suggest rumors about a future replacement or potential discontinuation as Maruti evolves its compact portfolio, though no official confirmation on a full new‑generation model has been announced yet.
