Maruti Ertiga Latest Updates : The 2025/early-2026 model of the Ertiga has received incremental updates focused on comfort and safety rather than a full new generation release. Maruti has enhanced passenger convenience by repositioning AC vents, adding dedicated blower-controlled air vents and multiple USB-C charging ports for second and third-row occupants, and introducing features like tyre pressure monitoring as standard. The MPV continues with the familiar 1.5-litre petrol engine (102 bhp) with manual and automatic options, and a CNG variant remains on offer. On the safety and pricing front, Maruti has made six airbags standard across all Ertiga variants, aligning with updated safety norms, which has resulted in a modest rise in ex-showroom prices. Additionally, there have been periodic price revisions earlier to account for cost changes. Looking ahead, no all-new Ertiga model is expected in 2026, though minor feature tweaks may continue until a potential next-generation or hybrid version arrives closer to 2028.
Maruti Suzuki offers the choice between two 1.5-litre K-series engine options in the three-row Ertiga. The smart hybrid variant is available with either a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic and it makes 101.6 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 136.8 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm. The CNG engine is limited to the manual gearbox. In petrol mode, it makes 99.2 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 136 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm. In CNG mode, the unit delivers 86.6 bhp at 5,500 rpm and 121.5 Nm of torque at 4,200 rpm.With its spacious interior and availability in both petrol-hybrid and CNG versions, the Ertiga offers a flexible and economical choice for long-distance commut
